Punching and laser cutting combined
On the Trumpf TruMatic 7000 we punch and laser cut in a single operation. In formats up to 3 × 1.5 m we process steel up to 8 mm, stainless steel up to 6 mm, aluminium up to 5 mm and copper up to 3 mm.

Maximum productivity with the best edge quality thanks to additional axes. The peak performance of punching technology perfectly combined with the high dynamics of laser processing.
The combination pays off when a sheet metal part needs many identical cut-outs or formings: extrusions, threads and embossings are produced directly in the tool, with no second operation. That lowers the cost of small batches and production runs and keeps edge quality consistent. For thick sheet and large formats the laser handles the cutting, up to 25 mm and up to 4 × 2 m (sheet thickness by material).
