State-of-the-art machines for sheet metal fabrication

On two fibre lasers of 6000 watts each we cut steel, stainless steel and aluminium up to 25 mm and copper up to 10 mm, in formats up to 4 × 2 m. Bending runs on three TruBend presses up to 4 m long and 230 tonnes of press force. For thin sheet with many identical cut-outs and formings, the TruMatic 7000 punch-laser combination takes over. Welding, deburring and sandblasting all happen in our own workshop in Diepoldsau.

CAD design for your sheet metal parts

You supply DXF or DWG data from your own CAD system and we take it over directly, feeding it to the machine programming systems. If no drawing exists, we design your sheet metal part to your specifications in Trumpf Boost or AutoCAD and produce the flat pattern and the bending programme.

Paul ZELLWEGER AG - a genuine Swiss family business that has been based in Diepoldsau in the St. Gallen Rhine Valley for 90 years. The company is run in its third generation by Petra Grüninger and André Zellweger. We manufacture for customers in the Rhine Valley, eastern Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Vorarlberg and southern Germany.
